PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Our engineering skills encompass the development, design, modification and manufacture of material handling and other equipment.

Drawing on the wealth of knowledge and experience of our personnel, PASCO can manage your project from initial system concepts and feasibility studies through the design, manufacture, and testing, installation and commissioning phases. Within this spectrum, PASCO has the skills necessary to support engineering activities with project management, economic analysis and time and rate studies. PASCO has broad expertise in automated production technologies and is experienced in the use of a variety of control systems, enabling the selection of the right controls to suit your application or existing company standards.

TRAINING

Complete Assembly and Pre-shipment Checkout
The only way to be sure that an automation system will perform when it gets into your facility is to make sure it performs properly before it leaves ours. Automation systems are fully assembled and thoroughly tested and checked prior to shipment.

Installation and On Site Commissioning
Should you elect our turnkey installation services, our technicians will be on site to meet the trucks, off-load the equipment, erect, assemble and wire. We, then perform final checkout, initial start-up and commissioning. In addition to making sure that the equipment is properly installed and performing correctly we provide initial operator and maintenance instruction.

PARTS

Warranty and Spare Parts: We provide warranty backup, detailed service and parts manuals, around the clock parts service and field service. Additional operator and maintenance instruction can be provided if required.

PM SCHEDULE

Contract Maintenance Services: Should you wish, we will offer you an on-going maintenance service contract so that you may ensure that your new automation equipment will be operating at its designed level of reliability and realizing its maximum performance.
