Requirements
Position Responsibilities include:
  • Answer multi-line phone in a professional and pleasant manner between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Welcome and direct visitors
  • Manage digital filing systems
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements as necessary, which includes processing post-travel expense reports and assist with the monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate UPS/FedEx shipments
  • Manage all office and breakroom supplies and coordinate visitor reception
  • Performs daily data entry of invoices, including but not limited to entering expense request, non- PO invoices and GL coding
  • Check writing and mailing
  • Reviews invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Basic account reconciliation
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, some college or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software
  • Strong communication, organizational and planning skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with data entry and basic account reconciliation
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and record keeping principles a plus
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
  • A creative mind, an inquisitive nature and a burning drive to learn
  • A team player in the truest sense that is willing to contribute and defend great ideas within a small team of “A” players
