Building materials lines don’t get ideal conditions. One run might be heavy concrete mix, the next lightweight joint compound and the line still has to hold rate. Our systems are designed to maintain up to 28 bags per minute across that range, without constant adjustment or downtime.
We design and machine critical components in-house, from servo-driven bag grippers to layer-forming tools built specifically for abrasive materials. That control matters when concrete dust settles into every surface and off-the-shelf components start to fail. Hardened steel, sealed bearings and temperature-rated components keep systems running through daily abrasion, summer heat and winter cold.
Fast-adjusting end-of-arm tooling shortens changeovers and keeps production moving as products shift. Whether handling dense cement or lighter insulation materials, loads stay stable and pallets leave the line ready to ship.
