The PacSmart™ Mark III is a good example of that thinking. Each robot cell moves cartons smoothly, controlling starts, stops and handoffs so eggs don’t shift or take unnecessary hits. The tooling holds cartons securely without squeezing them and when contact does happen, the system absorbs the force instead of the product.
