AUTOMATED CASE HANDLING & PALLETIZING
From single-pick to full-layer automation
Standard automation systems force production compromises: either handle fewer SKUs or accept frequent changeovers. Our systems eliminate both limitations through integrated case handling – from erection through conditioning and reorientation.
The control system manages varying case sizes and weights simultaneously, with case erectors that automatically adjust to different box dimensions. Case conditioners settle products before sealing, while case inverters provide precise reorientation when stack patterns require it. All components maintain full production speeds across product changes.
Unlike fixed-pattern automation, our control architecture monitors pick locations, stack patterns and grip forces in real time. The integrated vision and tooling system adapts automatically – no manual adjustments, no production gaps for changeovers. Case handling stations work in sync, with erectors, conditioners and inverters responding to upstream product flow. When connected to existing conveyor systems, the complete cell maintains consistent throughput regardless of product mix or stack configuration.
