Heavy drums in a flammable environment put Class I Division I and II requirements on every electrical and mechanical decision on your line. Standard conveyors fail under caustic exposure — we use extreme-duty Poly-V roller conveyors built for those conditions. PASCO is a FANUC-certified integrator, a credential held by fewer than 5% of integrators, handling single-product drum palletizing in refineries and mixed-load depalletizing in chemical plants.

Custom end-of-arm tooling handles pails, cases, and drums without mechanical changeover. Mechanical multi-pail tools lift four 5-gallon containers per cycle. All tooling is built for chemical resistance and grip performance in corrosive, solvent-heavy environments.
