Landscape product lines run in conditions that wear on equipment. Stone dust, summer heat, and constant material buildup are the operating environment. What makes the engineering harder is that the load changes: a 30-pound stone bag and a lightweight mulch bag have different weights, densities, and stacking behaviors, and the line has to handle both at 28 bags per minute without adjusting. We manufacture vacuum grippers and layer-forming tools in-house specifically for abrasive conditions with end-of-arm tooling rated for 5 million cycles.
