PETROCHEMICAL PACKAGING AUTOMATION
Automation engineered for explosive environments
Hazardous packaging environments leave no margin for guesswork. Heavy drums require controlled placement. Pail loads arrive shifted and unstable. Mixed pallets change from run to run. All of it has to move safely, at rate, inside Class I Division I and II areas where standard automation simply doesn’t belong.
Our end-of-line systems are designed around those realities. We build both conventional and robotic drum palletizing systems using UL-certified components manufactured in our St. Louis facility. FANUC robot integration allows us to handle everything from single-product drum palletizing in refineries to mixed-load depalletizing in chemical plants, without compromising safety or throughput.
These designs aren’t theoretical. Systems we installed decades ago are still running at original rates across petrochemical facilities today. They continue to perform through temperature swings, corrosive exposure and constant package changes because they were engineered to function reliably where sparks, shortcuts and failures aren’t an option.
